Sonny by Sunbeam
A modern and approachable take on Sunbeam
Refreshed the Australia Sunbeam brand, to make it more on trend with Millennials and Gen Z. Delivered a branding concept with a palette of colors, typography, and examples for photography. Demonstrated how the branding would work on packaging and an Amazon store front.
I was tasked with making the Australia Sunbeam branding more approachable and younger. I was asked to use existing Sunbeam assets, which included photography, icons and some badges.

Sunbeam Sonny Collection
I suggested that instead of replacing of the Australia Sunbeam branding all together, to create a collection or line that could eventually grow into something bigger and eventually replace most of the packaging. A warm and cozy collection named Sonny.
Style Guide
Bringing in a very muted, and earthy color palette that compliments the organic shapes and illustrations. I wanted to incorporate more playful illustrations that could include house plants, pets, and even a surf board.
Updated Packaging
Using the existing Sunbeam photography, I overlaid illustrations to packaging and product more approachable. Keeping the overall package text light, and keeping the badges and lock ups contained within the organic shapes in the corner.
