Food has the power to bring us together. Thrive, by Rubbermaid, tracks your food’s freshness by connecting to your smart device, so the foods you love never go to waste. Through the app, discover curated recipes for items in your fridge and share favorites with your friends.
A celebration of Design Mastery and Vision. In a 5 week sprint, designers collaborate with colleagues in other disciplines and across other sites. Each team is assigned a division and a theme. The theme of 2018 was “connected home” where we had to a create new, innovative smart product.
Thrive App
As one of the two graphic designers on the team, my primary role was to create and design the Rubbermaid app. The app was created on Sketch and brought into Invision so users could interact and click through the screens.
Packaging
We created two different packaging styles—a 12 piece set box and a wrap if users wanted to purchase individual containers.
